H2O, wouldn’t you like to know?

Water is the vital substance that every living thing needs. It is so basic, but it critical to life.

Dripping down a cold water glass, rushing in a river, sitting in a bathtub, resting in a tomato, water is everywhere.

Drinking water is important for the survival of our body. Our bodies are 70 percent water. We can not go more than 3 days without water. That means that we need to replenish our bodies with water. It flushes out the body, not only pushing out toxins, but also aids in moving the digestion process along.

All about water says that water also carries nutrients to parts of the body. This means that if you are eating nutrient rich foods, if you drink water with it, then your body will reap the benefits of those foods.

Along with that, all about water also mentions that soda, coffee and tea are made of water, but they have caffeine which inhibits that travel ability. This one reason that drinking drinks other than water is not recommended.

Water is incredible at detoxing and rejuvenating the body and skin. It pumps up the body and keeps it soft and supple.

With keeping healthy and loosing weight, water aids in that process. You can not be healthy without drinking water. Water literally refreshens you. Make water your new best friend.
